Nigeria's Loss To France A Blessing To The Common Man And Our Economy? by OrlandoOwoh(m): 7:42pm On Jun 30, 2014
It was reported that the President promised the Nigerian national team players and technical crew at the ongoing world cup in Brazil that he might visit the country if the Super Eagles qualified to the quarter final. While the country's qualifying to the round of 8 is a thing of joy, I have some reservations about it. It would have led to a serious waste of public fund. The President would have travelled to Brazil with an entourage numbering more than hundred like he did during the UN General Assembly meeting in New York. The people in his entourage would have been lodged in the best hotels in that country and would have also sat at the VVIP stand.
I'm sorry, thank God we lost.

Dejo, how has the prize from CAF bettered your life since Nigeria won the nations cup in 2013? Just this morning we read in the newspapers of how over 200 our supporters left Brazil because of lack of fund.

And how does it better your life, when funds would nolonger be spent on jonathan and his entourage to watch quarterfinals?

Fact is:

Naija qualifies (fifa releases money) : Doesnt better your life.

Naija does not qualify (Jonathan expenses cancelled) : Still deosnt better your life.

Now weigh the two.

One definitely contributes to the economy as a whole, since dollars is paid into Nigeria.
While the other (which you childishly prefer) has no significant contribution.

But since you would rather view from the perspective of 'your life' as opposed to 'economical gain'.......
My point succintly: find another way to better your life other than relying on Naijas exit from the wc. cheesy

Your clueless NYSE bell ringer of a President should face his business at home and stop making low reasoning IQ people like you believe his presence in Brazil is part of why he was (s)elected.

A "Mikel" is defined as the process/act of instigating sluggishness into a person or an organisation...

We have 3 types of Mikel :
1. "No Goal" Mikel: A goal is a target set by someone for greater achievements... A no goal mikel is clueless, incompetent and lacks the instinct to achieve greater things.

2. Lacklustre Mikel: This is the Major type of Mikel which can be found in the tropical region of west africa... It lacks determination and most times, susceptible to wayward performance... A good example of this Mikel is #JOHNOBI

3. *add yours*

share this on your facebook/twitter page... Just for fun
