COMPANY MANAGER [HOME FINISHING FIRM/FURNITURE FIRM]
Responsibilities
o The Company Manager will be responsible for driving on sales with existing and new clients.
o Manage company personnel [ transportation/sales/marketing unit]
o Ability to create and nurture new accounts.
o Consultative sales process that incorporates urgency
o Reviews and prioritizes sponsorship opportunities to further advertise their products/services.
o Drawing up and implementing advertising strategies for companies and clients.
o Works with Marketing Department and Commercial Department to ensure successful product/services launches & product promotions.
o Readily open to coaching and new ideas.
Competencies
o You’ll be analytical, enjoy working in a technology based environment and have experience in sales/marketing in the furniture/interior decoration environment.
o Has proven track record of delivering measurable results.
o Able to formulate plans and persuade others to support such plans.
o Has experience in managing large group of persons effectively.
o Excellent Microsoft word/excel/PowerPoint skills.
o Charismatic and excellent communication skills
o Successful track record of achieving sales with any product.
o Strong orientation toward teamwork, ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
o The candidates must possess B.Sc Degree/HND/OND in any degree from a reputable institution.
o A minimum of 3 years related work experience [managing people and a team is essential].
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Others
o The Company is located in Victoria Island Lagos. Residents along this axis will be considered first.
o Applicants with a salary range between NGN60,000 – NGN80,000 as a starting salary in the trial period will first be considered.
