hello house, am a newbie on here. regarding the topic, i applied for the graduate specialist position. what baffles me is that i studied elect/elect engineering in uni and at the just concluded test...i got the code MRK with the 1st 30questions concentrating on more of marketing bla bla bla. am not sure if this is a regular ish with workforce or am just being unlucky as i have little or no idea as regarding marketing.

maybe u chose MRK as an area of specialisation when u applied

honestly i don't just get it. btw, bunmi i can't remember ever choosing an area of specialisation and even if i did...def not marketing.

how sure, 'cos i believed same when we wrote the first online test around June and the msgs for the second test didn't roll in till around August(space of about 2 months) let alone the subsequent postponements that dragged the test date from sept 6 to sept 20. Pls you will need to convince me further on this

The space was one month. The first test was July 10. And they got back to us the next month. So we may be hopeful.

Does anyone have any idea if doing an interview with portland paints and products(a subaidiary of UACN) and subsequently getting the job will affect the management trainee uacn recruitment process of that individual. Basically if i get employed by portland paints and products and i make it to the interview stage of UACN, might there be any issues?
Also who has any idea what the job role POS in a paint company is about?
