Nobleval: When you die your hair still
grows for a couple of months.

This has been proven to be false. The hair doesn't necessarily grow but because of the surrounding skin drying out and shrinking, it looks likes hair and nails have grown.

41. We are about 1 cm taller in
the morning than in the
evening.

42. It takes twice as long to
lose new muscle if you stop
working out than it did to
gain it. Lazy people out there
shouldn’t use this as
motivation to not work out, however. It’s relatively easy
to build new muscle tissue and
get your muscles in shape, so
if anything, this fact should be
motivation to get off the
couch and get moving.

43. Tears and mucus contain an
enzyme (lysozyme) that
breaks down the cell wall of
many bacteria.

44. It is not possible to tickle
yourself. Even the most
ticklish among us do not have
the ability to tickle ourselves.

45. The width of your
armspan stretched out is the
length of your whole body.
While not exact down to the
last millimeter, your armspan
is a pretty good estimator of your height.

46. Humans are the only
animals to produce emotional
tears.

47. Women burn fat more
slowly than men, by a rate of
about 50 calories a day. Most
men have a much easier time
burning fat than women.
Women, because of their reproductive role, generally
require a higher basic body fat
proportion than men, and as a
result their bodies don’t get
rid of excess fat at the same
rate as men.

48. Koalas and primates are
the only animals with unique
fingerprints. Humans, apes and
koalas are unique in the
animal kingdom due to the
tiny prints on the fingers of their hands.

49. One human hair can
support 3.5 ounces. That’s
about the weight of two full
size candy bars, and with
hundreds of thousands of
hairs on the human head, makes the tale of Rapunzel
much more plausible.

Nobleval: oluamid...what about.eat,drink,cry,run,wake,....these are words for chrissake! What's a sentence?

You obviously didn't get my explanation.

An imperative sentence gives a direct command. It can end in a full stop or an exclamation mark, depending on the forcefulness of the command.
e.g

Clear this desk by tomorrow!
Please tidy your room.

If the command is forceful, use an exclamation mark. For example:

Get out!
Go!

So? tongue grin

10 Facts about wine:

1. In
ancient Greece, a
dinner host would take the
first sip of wine to assure
guests the wine was not
poisoned, hence the phrase “drinking to one’s health.”

2. Since wine tasting is
essentially wine smelling,
women tend to be better
wine testers because
women, particularly of reproductive ages, have a
better sense of smell than
men.

3. Red wines are red
because fermentation
extracts color from the grape skins. White wines
are not fermented with
the skins present.

4. In the whole of the
Biblical Old Testament, only
the Book of Jonah has no reference to the vine or
wine.

5. The world’s oldest bottle
of wine dates back to A.D.
325 and was found near
the town of Speyer, Germany, inside one of
two Roman sarcophaguses.

6. Serving temperatures
should be lower for white
(45-50 degrees Fahrenheit)
than for red wines (50-60 degrees Fahrenheit).

7. There is a right and
wrong way to hold a wine
glass. Wine glasses should
always be held by the
stem and not the bowl because the heat of the hand
will raise the
temperature of the wine.

8. Red wine represents 55%
of restaurant wine sales.

9. Bubbles in wine have been observed since
ancient Greece and were
attributed to the phases of
the moon or to evil spirits.

10. Global warming may
redefine wine growing in the future. Even tiny
temperature changes can
dramatically change the
quality of wine.

Some Facts Of A Movie Named
Merlin.

The Great Dragon is computer
generated but is voiced by
English actor, John Hurt. Kilgharrah has yellow eyes,
and they look exactly like the
eyes of
a sorcerer when they are
using magic. This could be
because he is a creature of magic.
However Aithusa, also a
creature of
magic, has blue eyes. The

Dragon's face is done using
motion capture technology.
John Hurt's facial movements
are used to create that of
Kilgharrah's while recording
his lines for the show. .

John Hurt is credited in all the
episodes, even though
Kigharrah's
role and appearances becomes
less frequent after his freedom.
This is probably because each
episode always starts with
Kilgharrah's voice saying "In a
land of myth and a time of
magic the destiny of a great
kingdom rests on the
shoulders of a
young boy/man. His
name...Merlin.

The chain securing Kilgharrah
that Merlin cuts is a length of
ships' studded anchor chain.

Twinkle Dwivedi was only
eleven years old when she
first
exhibited the strange
condition that gained her
worldwide attention. There, in the midst
of her friends, she began to
cry
blood. Although she claimed it
didn't hurt, she was ridiculed
by her peers and became an
object of both disgust,
wonder, and
mystery.
Blood not only oozes from
Twinkle's tear ducts up to fourteen
times a day, but also from her
pores as well.
Even now, as she has grown,
there has been no medical
explanation for her condition. Some religious and
supernatural
explanations have been
offered, but no one seems to
be able to
agree. It could even be that Twinkle suffers from a disease
so
rare that she is the only
person on record to have been
afflicted
by it.

25 Little-Known Facts About The Freemasons

1. The Freemasons are not a
secret society. A Mason can
freely tell people they are a
Mason. They just can’t
reveal the secrets of the
order.

2. Our founding father and
first president, George
Washington, was a
Freemason.

3. It’s estimated that there
are six million Masons in the
world today

. 4. In the type of
Freemasonry practiced in
the U.S., members are
required to believe in God,
though the interpretation of
this is left up to the individual member.

5. In the type of
Freemasonry practiced in
the U.S. (Anglo-American)
female members are not
allowed, whereas in the
type practiced in Europe (Continental), women are
generally allowed to be
initiated.

6. Another difference
between American and
European lodges is that in
the U.S. political discussion is
banned, but allowed in
other sects

. 7. A Masonic “lodge” refers
to the congregation of
people who meet there, it’s
not just the name of a
building.

8. Each lodge gets a charter
from a “Grand Lodge” but
they basically run
themselves. There’s no
overarching ritual for
running a meeting, it varies with each individual group.

9. The Masonic symbol of the
square and the compass is
borrowed from
stonemasons, but it’s
metaphorical, referring to
the philosophical building the Freemason does, though
the specific interpretation
varies between lodges.

10. There is no one meaning
to Masonic allegories. Each
Mason can accept their own
interpretation. For instance,
though belief in a Supreme
Being is required in American lodges, the being
can be the Christian God, The
Islamic God, or something
else.

11. 8 of the people who
signed the Declaration of
Independence were
Freemasons.

12. In the U.S., generally,
these are the requirements
for becoming a mason: Be a
man
who
comes
of his
own free
will. Believe
in a
Supreme
Being
(the
form of which is
left to
open
interpretation
by the
candidate). Be at
least the
minimum
age
(from
18–25 years
old
depending
on the
jurisdiction.
In some jurisdictions
the son
of a
Mason,
known
as a “Lewis,”
may
join at
an
earlier
age than others). Be of
good
morals,
and of
good
reputation. Be of
sound
mind
and
body
(lodges had in
the past
denied
membership
to a man
because of a
physical
disability;
however,
now, if
a potential
candidate
says a
disability
will not
cause problems,
it will
not be
held
against
him). Be free-
born (or
“born
free”,
i.e., not
born a slave or
bondsman).
As with
the
previous,
this is entirely
an
historical
holdover,
and can
be interpreted
in the
same
manner
as it is in
the context
of being
entitled
to write
a will.
Some jurisdictions
have
removed
this
requirement. Be
capable
of
furnishing
character
references, as well
as one
or two
references
from
current Masons,
depending
on
jurisdiction.

13. A man named William
Morgan was rejected from
the Masons in the 1800s. He
pitched and received a large
advance to then publish a
book revealing their secrets. He disappeared and was
never seen or heard from
again.

14. Hitler believed that the
Masons were a tool of the
Jews and under the Nazi
regime, it’s estimated that it
is estimated that between
80,000 and 200,000 Freemasons were murdered.

15. The 14 U.S. presidents
known to be Freemasons
are: George Washington,
James Monroe, Andrew
Jackson, James Polk, James
Buchanan, Andrew Johnson, James Garfield, William
McKinley, Theodore
Roosevelt, Howard Taft,
Warren Harding, Franklin
Roosevelt, Harry Truman,
Gerald Ford.

16. Most conspiracy theories
surround Freemasonry
revolve around three false
assumptions: That
Freemasonry
is its
own
religion,
requires belief in
a unique
Masonic
“god”,
and that
belief in this
Masonic
“god” is
contrary
to the
teachings of
various
mainstream
religions
(although
usually noted in
terms of
being
specifically
contrary
to Christian
belief.) That the
33rd
degree
of the
Scottish
Rite is more
than an
honorary
degree,
coupled
with the belief
that
most
Freemasons
are
unaware of
hidden
or
secretive
ruling
bodies within
their
organization
that
govern
them, conduct
occult
ritual, or
control
various
positions of
governmental
power. That
there is
a
centralized
worldwide
body that
controls
all
Masonic
Grand
Lodges, and
thus, all
of
Freemasonry
worldwide
acts in a unified
manner.

17. Conspiracies link
Freemasons to the
Illuminati. However, this
seems unlikely because the
Illuminati are an entirely
secret society, to the extent that most people do not
believe they exist in
modern day society, while
people are entirely free to
divulge they are a member
of a Freemason lodge.

18. Charles Darwin was a
Freemason.

19. A woman named
Catherine Babington wanted
to know what
Freemasonry was all about
so she hid inside a pulpit at
meetings in Kentucky for over a year. When
discovered, she was held for
a month.

20. One of the biggest anti-
Mason conspiracies is that
Freemasons were
responsible for the
assassination of JFK.

21. Pope Leo XIII called
Freemasonry “the kingdom
of Satan”

22. Polar explorers Richard E.
Byrd and Bernt Balchen
dropped Masonic flags on
the North and South poles.

23. 89% of The Supreme
Court Justices belonged to
Masonic lodges in 1952.

24. Anders Breivik,
perpetrator of the 2011
mass murders in Norway,
was a practicing Freemason.

25. Because exposés have
been published over the
years detailing signs and
gestures that help Masons
recognize each other, some
use certain words that are purposely false, in order to
tell when people are relying
on these exposés. Also, the
signs and gestures vary
between lodges, so you can’t trust them!

Every 3.6 seconds a person
dies from hunger so by the
time this presentation is up,
360 people have died.
Every year 1,562,093 people die from poverty,
starvation and hunger,
and aproximately 5 million
of that 1,562,093 are
children More than 3 billion
people are living on less than $1 a day, and out of
that 3 billion, 462 million or
more are children.
In 2006 and 2008 food prices
doubled and they got more
expensive to buy leaving some people to starv.
All the 41 poor countries in
the world combined,
containing 567 million
people, has worth the
wealth of the 7 of the world's richest people!
1 billion children live in
poverty and 1 out of every
2 child that is born face
poverty and hunger. 640
million of that 3 billion have no proper shelter or
home proctecting them
from rain. 400 million of
that 3 billion don't have
safe water. 270 million do
not have good health care or none at all.
10.6 million children died in
the year of 2003 before
they could reach the age of
5! So that means 29,000
children die every day! Every hour about 900
people die because of poor
living standards so that
means that 21,600 people
die every day!

The Colombian
serial killer Pedro
Alonso Lopez, who
is known as the
Monster of the
Andes, raped and murdered over 300
girls from Ecuador,
Peru and Colombia.
However, after he
was caught and
imprisoned for 18 years, he was put
in a psychiatric
hospital. There he
was reviewed,
declared to be sane
and was set free, in spite of his blatant
avowal that he
fully intends to kill
again.
Since he was
released in 1998, nobody knows
where he is or
what he’s doing.

If you’re attacked
by a bear it won’t
try to kill you like
other predators
would, it’ll just
start eating.

You have tiny
maggot-like beings
in your eyelashes
that feed off your
skins naturals juice.

if you damage
a certain part of
your brain, be it
genetically or via
accident, you will
not recognize faces anymore, you will
see what they are
made of but you
cannot put them
together to form
faces but you can still recognize
everything else
without problems

Most people die
within 50 miles
from where they
were born.

On a typical day
going to work in
London, you will
be filmed by
something like 300
cameras.

A man received the
heart of a suicide
victim, married his
widow, and years
later killed himself
on the same day the donor did.

Eventually the
universe won’t be
able to support any
life and there will
be total darkness
forever
There is a haunted
island in Mexico
covered in dolls. A
little girl drowned
in the river awhile
back, and the owner drowned in
the same place in
2001. Natives say
the possessed dolls
killed him. They
also say the dolls open their eyes and
move on their
own…

If you are a ghost
believer, I saw a
page on Facebook
share about an
island in Italy
which was the site of: wars, a
deportation site for
plague victims, and
an asylum. It is
supposedly SO
haunted that the Italian government
will not allow
public access to it. Island name is
Poveglia, worth a
Google search. undecided
