If AGPA and PDP can list various SE states as their strongholds, where regardless either AGPA or PDP will win, which they can, nobody will ask questions. It's because AGPA and PDP have these states as strongholds that nobody will even think twice as to whether or not PDP and AGPA can win these states. APC winning in the SE is the same as AGPA winning in Kano.


flash back to the SW. If this is APC stronghold, it's base of guaranteed votes..why are they struggling so much to keep power there? Ekiti was beans for PDP. Ondo beans for LP (even if it's not SW, it's still yoruba). and now Osun which rivals Lagos as the strongest state for APC is again questionable for APC. They may or may not win this but they can't guarantee it with the ease PDP can guarantee it's strongholds. They can't guarantee it with the ease PDP can guarentee Ekiti even.

While I doubt losing Ekiti is the end of the Tinubu political empire or even a sign of it, it's a gravestone to the idea that APC remotely rivals PDP. The gap between the two parties is too vast and betting on this myth is something that will only make sense on social media for retweets.
