hi nairalanders, in respect to the last posting showing arrays of properties for sale by different estate developers in abuja, some of these properties has a flexible payment plan by the various developers. provision for mortgage is a separate arrangement from that of the estate developers as flexible payment by developers was an added advantage, the mortgage provision is provided by various mortgage and financial institution, which could apply to any property of your interest be it from estate developers, private individual developers or government sold properties. you may avail yourself with the different mortgage institution procedure and requirements with my colleague mr donald mbaka.
