Our client, a leader in the telecommunication sector is looking for young and vibrant individuals as Call Centre Agents for its Abuja office.
HND or Degree from a Reputable University and must have concluded the compulsory NYSC
Knowledge and Skills required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal/human relations skills
• Organizational/planning skills
• Ability to type and operate word processing programs
• Ability to prioritize duties
• Attentiveness to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to demonstrate a welcoming and smiling demeanor
