Job Description

12 Baskets Foods Ltd requires the services of a qualified and experienced candidate for this positions.

Job Summary

Deals with clients from multimedia contact centres handling a variety of functions including but not restricted to client service, technical support, via telephone, Internet, e-mail and instant messaging.

Responsibilities:

Act as customer care officers 

Deliver service and support to clients usinvia remote connection or over the Internet;

Interact with clients to collect orders and process orders in response to clients, concerns, and requests about products and services;

Gather client’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the situation;

Follow standard processes and procedures for solving client issues;

Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;

Accurately process and record all calls on the customer relationship  management software 

Offer alternative solutions where appropriate 

Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;

Follow up and make scheduled call backs to clients where necessary;

Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Prompt response to client issues 

Clean and tidy office and its environ 

Punctual work attendance 



Qualifications and Requirements:

A minimum of a degree in a relevant field

1-3 years experience 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
