You can do this via advanced settings. Sign in to the channel you want to change it's URL and go to: https://www.youtube.com/account_advanced Under Channel Settings, click Create customised URL. Once your channel has a custom URL, it can't be changed. Choose carefully! NB: This is for channels with URLs like: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5kFE066bRevmUmRc1X8IDQ If your channel already has URL like: http://www.youtube.com/user/USERNAME , unfortunately, you can't change it.
