De-unique property will act as Agent or brocker between propspective buyers of land,
houses and commercial property. These covers negotiation for letting,sales or
procurement of residential, commercial, industrial or recreational properties
3. PROPERTY VALUATION
DE UNIQUE PROPERTY undertakes valuation of properties and assets for the purpose
including assessment of capital value for balance sheet, audit purpose, rating, mortgage
advances, sales, purchases, compensation, insurance, probate, capital gain tax etc.
4. PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT/RENOVATION
DE UNIQUE PROPERTY also carries out development and renovation of old and
abadoned properties, turning these properties to modern ones.
We do this on BUILD OPERATE AND TRANSFER (BOT).
5. PROPERTY BUILDERS
DE UNIQUE PROPERTY is a building contractor. We construct buildings including
residential, commercial and industrial properties for clients. We also build and sell outrightly.
Also, we supply sand, gravel, planks and other building materials
