This is the same one I sent you an email sometimes ago..I have the land, just need to get the money together.. But I will love to see how it will look with a full HIP roof without the gables.. 1. Can you show any peek of that.. like the roof on the 4 bedrooms Twin Duplex and Two 3 bedroom flats above. 2. The budget/estimate above is with a premium or medium finishing? Thanks. Hajji Mufutau |

MUFUTAU: I'll upload the hip roof version, The cost is for above medium finishes bot not up to premiums level. Almighty Allah will provide KERRIMAN: #3 - 4 million, letting go of the concrete parapet will reduce the cost as well as other little factors. Construction Works... 1 Like |
