i encountered an error which was never reversed after being debited and not credited on my mobile.. July 4th, 2014 11:54 Pm With this details of notification: Desc: Airtime Purchase-airtime recharge via MBANKING--101C0000000000002796076?MBANKING Also , a duplicate debit was also made on re-try With this details of notification: Desc: Airtime Purchase-airtime recharge via MBANKING--101C0000000000002796113?MBANKING Same July 4th, 2014 11:54 Pm. After calling a representative and claim for patience on reversal of which never came through, i called back in accordance and informed to be done manually within 48hours. i never got any reversal. Just today again (July 10th 2014 12:52 AM) trying to get another, Same incidence occured with the following details: Desc: Airtime Purchase-airtime recharge via MBANKING--101C0000000000003166043?MBANKING Sometimes in the past, Similar Figures like 400 Debit has also been made without reversal, it is completely illegal putting my money hold for this long after complaints and assurance and still not doing anything about it. Did anyone out experience this too? and did they respond? |

Guy, pipe down.....they will respond. They have to confirm from the merchant/vendor that you actually didn't receive the airtime. Once that is done....the debit transaction for the airtime on your account will be reversed. |

After several attempt to recharge via e banking which failed yet you still went ahead to Recharge via same channel... Mehn are you an Arsenal fan? Anyway, contact their h/office for reconciliation. 2 Likes |

Guy, go to any of their branches and speak to their customer care agent. Dey will give u a complaint form to fill. It will be easier and faster if u can remember the dates and exact amount of money dats in question. Same thing happened to me last month and i went to the bank to complain. It was resolved within 5 days. |
