The name, Muammar Muhammad Abu Minyar al-Gaddafi popularily known and called Colonel Gaddafi has been a household name in Libya since 1969 when he took over power as a Revolutionary leader and a politician just as Gov. Akpabio has turn a household name Nigeria as a politican due to eloquency in speech and his committment to infrasturctural development in Akwa Ibom State.

Gaddafi, from records was an exceptional child from birth, raise from a poor parent but extraordinary intellient in school. He started his political career early while in school just like Gov. Akpabio started his political life as a student union leader at the University of Calabar, Cross River State.

Also, Gaddafi was a popular revolutionary leader just as Gov. Akpabio is a popular Uncommon Transformer in Akwa Ibom State, but he governed Libya according to his own ideology, the Third International Theory which made the whole world to describe him as a dictator, while Akpabio rules according to his new theory known as AKPABIOISM
