Job Duties:

Day to Day duties will include the following:
* To coordinate and administer essential customer support functions, ensuring their effective and timely delivery
* Maintain communication with the customer at the agreed frequency or as specified in the contract
*Build and maintain relationships with key customers
* Produce customer reports and statistics when requested and as required.
*Deal promptly with inquiries in a polite and courteous manner
* To carry out planning activities for support team deployment, contract renewals, training and health & safety audits
* Coordinate resource allocation and other operational requirements within all support areas and deal with critical situations when they arise
* Maintain the planner to ensure customer and contractual requirements are met.
*Coordinate and maintain the customer support training plan in conjunction with department managers, ensuring all training is planned accordingly to the training matrix and this is communicated to the relevant employees in a timely manner
* Assist with the booking and allocating of training courses
* Collating training evaluations forms, certificates and maintain records on the internal intranet.
* Ensure that the company and customers health & safety regulations are followed at all times and regular health & safety audits are carried out.
* Prepare proposals and quotations for new support contracts, amendments and renewals of existing contracts
* Provide additional customer support administration as required

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
* Experience in a similar role (Essential)
* Available at short notice (Essential)
* Commitment to the role (Essential)
* Ability to pick things up quickly (Essential)
* Experience in dealing with client.

This Op guy is fond of posting unrealistic job vacancies of NL. Posting jobs without location, website and using different email addresses to collect CVs and thereafter send scam emails to people knowing fully well that those emails are very active and functional. E-diot!
