As an island off the coast,does Madagascar count as part of Africa, or is it its own entity? How do their people look like, why dont they compete in african sport  dont they have celebrities, who is their president? how do their government even operatedo they have police...Or is it what am thinking  "Are they Ghost" Am just curious |
