Am really sorry to all those that felt i disappointed them, please bear with me. it was never my intention to fail you. if i didn't pick your call or dropped your call ,then know that am not in a situation where i can answer call at that moment (for instance; in the bank, in a meeting, etc) and not that am dodging your call, you can send sms or whatsapp and i will reply in due time.

I had to stop recieving calls for now, focusing only on sms and whatsapp. Reason for this is because the calls are now becoming a distraction.
Infact, the phone calls is the reason why your orders are delayed atimes. The precious time i will use to deliver pending orders will be cut short by a caller who wants to relax and chit chat, or an angry customer who his order has been delayed for 20 mins. And the one that tears me apart is the novice customer who wants you to explain in detail how it all works lol. And while am jumping from one call to the other, i get distracted from the truck load of sms and whatsapp msgs waiting for urgent reply.
Honestly its really exhausting and above all distracting. but like i said before, all these will soon be a thing of the past. Experience comes with time. and with what i have experienced so far, i think i have learnt enough lesson to help move this to the next level.
Please bear with me, i will not be available for calls in the mean time but i will be taking ur sms and whatsapp msgs as fast as i can. just place ur order accordingly and make it as clear as possible, don't expect me to read ur mind and know what u want and how u want it. The clearer u make ur msg, the faster it will be attended to. help us so that we can help you.
