The US Army’s Criminal Investigation Division did not begin its investigation until three and a half months after the crime, news reports at that time commented.
This is not the only grim picture coming out of Iraq U.S. forces being accused of using r@’pe as a war weapon.
The release, by CBS News, of the photographs showing the heinous s3xual abuse and torture of Iraqi POW’s at the notorious Abu Ghraib prison opened a Pandora’s Box for the Bush regime wrote Ernesto Cienfuegos in La Voz de Aztlan on May 2, 2004.

This picture was taken from a pornography web site, but the events reported are true. The crime did occur. A young American soldier (21 years old) was posted across the from the girl's home. He had become obsessed with the girl over several days of being in her area. The soldier hatched a plan to enter the home, detain her family and have sex with the 14 year old girl. Her father protested and tried to defend her. The father was killed by one of the soldier's two colleagues. They then killed the rest of the family and set all of their bodies on fire after molesting the girl. Word of the incident spread back at the base. An investigation was started and the result was that these soldiers were convicted of murdering the entire family. That's how it was reported in the US media.
