you see, I believe oil state should get paid derivation directly from oil companies. but it is not the function of government to give oil derivation.. it should be oil companies. who should give derivation.

You see, If government give derivation.. community which have no oil will be given, but if Oil companies give derivation. Oil community with oil will get it.

why they have had problem with oil derivation, is because, it is the government that is given oil derivation instead of companies paying directly to the state..

when you allow oil companies to pay directly to state oil derivation. There will not be problem in those communities.

You separate people taxes from oil revenue derivation.. Let oil companies pay oil derivation to oil producing state..

oil companies are the one who gives out derivation , everywhere

you have the community there.. and they will know how much oil drill, and how much the sale and the oil company pays them or the state the derivation.
