2. experience in computer hardware maintenace & repairs
3. experience in software trouble shooting including MS Vista, Windows, MS Outlook & XP
4. professional qualification with any IT body is an advantage
5. must have good interpersonal skills
6. must have good presentation skills
7. must have excellent communication skills
8. must be able to multi task
