How do i correct time format on an SMF forum i just installed? we are test-runnuig it presently. someone made a post at 6pm and the time recorded reads 8 am?? Webmasters, kindly assist pls.

Oh dear! i fixed it! i refused to sleep when i noticed another wahala: newest posts coming on top of a thread instead of below. I went to Smf support forum where i was told to revisit and reset the[b] profile [/b]section and in trying to fix that one, i noticed a tip, a couple of experiments and i was home and dry, late in the night!
As a beginner, i must confess, SAM, you are rare! your prompt response puts my mind to rest, knowing that there is a solution! i have followed your thread for a while now, especially here on webmaster. Nothing to say than this, and its from the heart:

meanwhile i must warn you that installing smf is one thing.
modifying it is where the whole work is.
