Small And Medium Enterprise (SME) Growth Platform In Nigeria. by tchigyoke(m): 6:55pm On Jul 18, 2014
It’s encouraging how many Nigerians are becoming self-employed thereby growing our economy and reducing the increasing number of the unemployed. Most times these self-employed Nigerians emphasize much on the issue of lack of capital; which is focusing much on the already known problem rather than on solutions.
The problem facing the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) in Nigeria is not only centered around capital (funds) to increase production of goods and services. The products (goods and services) produced by the SME need or should be taken to the doorsteps of the consumers.
It’s only when the goods and services produced are consumed by customers that the producer will have profit and customer-base which are agents of growth of any business.
How to get goods and services across to customers in Nigeria. Stating the obvious, internet has made the world a small village. At the comfort of wherever you may be, you can reach the ends of the world in a second with a click. Now what does that suggest? It simply means with the little capital you have as a self-employed, you can reach out to many people who would patronize you.
Trade Fair Nigeria is even making it much easier for the SMEs. Trade Fair Nigeria is the online version of the normal Trade Fair we all know. It has E-commerce websites called STANDS, which are offered at very affordable prices. The STANDS are fully customizable E-commerce websites with online payment facilities for subscribers to receive payments.
Trade Fair Nigeria also has a section where FREE Ads can be posted and promoted.
