repogirl: I conquered sleep a long time ago, i get my best sleep when i clear my thoughts, relax my body, as in consciously relax every muscle and whoosh, am gone!

Sleep comes naturally. But ones one is worried or disturbed, the person may find it difficuilt to sleep. My point is study ur body and knw wat is suitable for it. Is only God dat can help in all condition. Tnx

Night person here. To a fault. I could in be a room as dark and silent as a grave in the wee hours of the night, feeling so mentally and physically tired, and yet...nothing. Nothing but an over-productive mind. I get roughly 2-4 hours a night. There are nights I don't sleep at all. I've had the occasional night of long blissful SLEEP, but I still haven't figured out how to replicate those.

All these tips and more accomplish the physical and mental fatigue aspect, but they never actually put me to sleep. All I can do is rest my body and calm my mind. Classical music helps, anything free of language really. Also, sounds of nature. This especially:
