Somebody rode a bicycle from his house to the king-makers' palace (house of senate) and was eventually made a minister. Maybe the IG is controlling vehicles while trekking to the same palace. Show your style!

Dis IGP was appointed since january 2012, and now dat e knows is retirement is due, is coming to form traffic officer.. We re nt fools oo, e is using it is an eye-service to the presidency so its tenure can be extended....
