You will ask your referees to write their independent assessments on your behalf, put it inside a small envelope each marked confidential then you will put all inside a bigger envelope addressed to the registrar. But I doubt if this is not late as the closing date had passed already. Wish you best of luck.

according to them it's required for candidate to be shortlisted

From what i gatthered,refree letters are mostly required during interview or test period,so i guess we still stand d chance of getting to the 1st stage..God help us all

i would advice u get the three letters and send through dhl, it will get there by tomorrow. Life is about risk
