There are four things a man or a woman must overcome before He or She can live a life of total victory. They are FOOD, SEX, MONEY AND SLEEP. To overcome these is to be able to control your appetite for them. YOU MUST SEE GOD AS BIGGER AND BETTER THAN ALL FOUR. To overcome food, you must fast at least once a week. To control your appetite for sex you must control lust. Mind what your see, hear or think. To overcome money you must be a giver. Giving puts money under you. To overcome sleep you must pray at least 30 mins at night. The strength to do these comes from studying God's word daily. Receive the grace you need in Jesus name. 1st timothy 6:10
