I think some ppl are reselling pets listed on classifieds sites.
They see an ad in one remote location and then repost it in a big city with a higher price.
When you pay them, they'll buy the dog from the original advertiser and transport it to you in the big city.

Sum breeders can b indeed funny... Sum random breeder on my bbm contact list asked 4 my permission 2 use my pups photo as his Dp on bbm.... Wen asked why, he said he wnts 2 use d pics as advert 2 source 4 buyers, b4 I cld say yes or No... Dis dude has uploaded my pups pics on his Dp... Guess he nw poses himsef as d owner of thos pups on dis advert... Ws shocked wen sum1 said he has seen dis pic's b4.... Thr's no big deal in tryin 2 market sum1 else's pups bt u dnt need 2 pretend as if dey re rightfully urs cos wen u re asked sum questions as per puppies history or pedigree, u'l hv little or nothing 2 say.... Anyway 9ja hs sure got a lot of hussler's out thr!!!

I think Seun got it right. The initial breeder is in Lekki and only sent one pix of the dogs. The op has about 6 different pictures and his kennel is in Sango. Guess the lekki breeder is just marketing the dogs.

Am sorry am saying this. Most Pet sellers in this section has poor marketing strategy. They will advertise their pet without price . The only thing we see is contact. why this?.
