thegoodjoehunt3: Coach Pellegrini said Nacho is staying with him. Negredo is out injured. Aguero has a recurring injury and he would not be stressed too much to aid his recovering. So we are left with three strikers which are, Dzeko, Jovetic and Nacho.

Iheanacho will get his chance. It is a gradual process.
Thats nice. No one they are yet to get a work permit for him and no one is discussing getting him a special talent visa.

There is no need for the Special talent Visa. By October 3rd, he will be eighteen and can apply for a regular work permit as an adult.
