if indeed both party are distributing kerosine n petrol, then the APC got their strategy wrong, the masses n people at the grassroots who make up more than 90% of the voters don't necessarily use petrol as a basic amenity but they use kerosine as their main source of cooking every day, how many of these same masses n people at grassroots have cars to fill with petrol. APC strategy of using petrol was a dumb n ineffective strategy as compared to the distribution of Kerosine by PDP.
