Sometime ago I wrote about the opportunities of getting cheap land in karshi and some people took advantage of that and they are very happy. Karshi is still one of the very few places to invest your money with good advantages.

The location of Karshi today looks un-attractive because it is located after Orozo. Orozo is after kurudu. But what makes Karshi to be an investment heaven is because a soon to be completed road that links Karshi to Apo would soon be completed( and a road that links Karshi to Abaji is equally ungoing). Apo is located within the city center. It would take about 10 to 15minutes drive from karshi to Apo.

Karshi in itself is divided into two, we have the Karshi-Abuja and Karshi-Nasarawa. The two karshi is seperated by a road known as bypass. The Abuja-Karshi is on the right of the bypass while the Nasarawa-Karshi is on the left when approaching from karu-jikwoyi-kurudu express road. The Abuja part of Karshi have FHA and El-Rufai estate , many streets in karshi -abuja are tarred, but that of Karshi-Nasarawa are not tarred. They have a good supply of electricity. Karshi-Abuja land are more expensive than Karshi-Nasarawa land. The cheap plots in Karshi Abuja are mostly located on a hilly terrain, while that of Nasarawa are on more of a fair table terrain. There are much more land in hectares and single plots in Nasarawa but little or no hectares of land in Karsi-Abuja but indiviual plots ranging from 450sqm to 800sqm are available( FCDA ALLOCATED PLOTS).

PRICES:

* Cheap land you can buy for future use ( nasarawa is N300,000 to N500,000 per plot of 1000sqm while For Karshi-Abuja goes for N500,000 t0 N600,000 for 450sqm, 600sqm goes for N650,000 t0 N800,000). note that in Karshi nasarawa you can get upto 200hectares of land.

*Good buildable land in both sides goes for N1.2m to N2m( Size for nasarawa is about 1000sqm while abuja is between 450sqm to 600sqm.
