In the last years almost all of the FIFA football improvements have come from America and not from Europe. Whether it is organizational,technical or promotional Fifa stealing ideas from American sports notable: the NFL. Using multiplicity of coaches or specialty coaches , having coaches and players speaking to the media,and using instant replay or goal line technology are American developments. Therefore,look to America for the future of soccer and not Europe. The Jamaicans sent their track and field coaches to study in America and not Europe. They are now world beaters. Don"t send Keshi to Europe for Fifa training ,instead send him to America to study NFL coaching techniques.
Forget Mourinho or any other European coach instead steal the concept of a PLAYBOOK from the Americans and watch Nigerian football become world beaters!

Sir you have raised a great issue by asking a a great question. I will answer this question in two parts. I will give a partial answer here. A new thread will be opened to answer it fully. The American soccer problem is the same as the Nigerian soccer problem. The solution is the same. [1] Get rid of most of the Soccer coaches and replace them with NFL football [RUGBY] coaches. [2] Put winners in charge or people who have WON things in a similar post. Manu Garba should be in charge of the Super eagles. The American female coach that won the World cup should should be put in charge of the men.
