If you travelled to one or two eastern states before,then you realize that getting to eastern states capitals,you notice good roads,Portable water,beautiful plyovers,good infrastructure.e.t.c. But reverse is the case after stepping out of the state capital to any other local government.Everyother local government looks like a village.In other local govt. people still fetch from the stream,build houses with palm fronds and in village setting.while the state capital looks like a paradise.It seems as if their govt. and notable people spend money to develop the states capitals alone.Are the people from other local govt. less humans to not deserve such social amenities.I noticed this barbaric mentality happens in all eastern states except delta,cross river and anambra states. below are picture of most eastern local govt.
