Please tecno gurus in the house kindly help me.............
I bought TECNO S9 not more than a week now but my challenge is:

a) anytime I receive songs,videos etc via my bluetooth or downloaded, by the next day I wont see it again on phone i.e automatically deleted & sometimes if it is a video, the response i get from the phone is file not supported.

b) also, when I snap a picture or record a video by the next day it is deleted automatically from the phone.

This is confusing; could it be i need to know more about settings on Tecno phone or its Tecno S9 that is not good.
