Here's a list of ingredients I'm curious to see what menu can be created from these 1. Stockfish 2.Smoked Fish 3. Dried shrimp, fresh shrimp, crab, lobster claws 4. Yam & coco yam 5. Ata rodo 6. Carotino or palm oil 7. Tomatoes 8. Maggi 9. Sweet Peppers ( Green, Red & Yellow) 10. Salt 11. Spinach / kale/ Ugwu 12. Snail 13. Gizzard 14. Shaki 15. Strawberries 16. Custard 17.Cake flour 18. Vanilla 19. Eggs 20. Butter 21. Sugar 22. Starfruit 23. Mango 24. Pineapple 25.Chocolate ( White & Brown) 26. Sherry 27. 1 bottle of Shiraz 28. 1 bottle Schnapps 29. 1 bottle Zinfandel Red Herrings 1 bunch carrots 1 can baked beans 1 packet black eyed beans 1 can corned beef 1 bunch beet root 1 celeriac 1 bunch radish 1 lettuce 1 packet sausage Okro Water Milk Chicken Goat Meat I'm going to try to come up with my own variations and see if it works. It doesn't have to be Nigerian food, must just be good |

ifyalways: my bad the rules are quite simple use as many of the ingredients to make (a) A snack (b) An entree ( meal) (c) pudding or cake ( dessert) |

dessert: slice a bunch of ripe strawberries, mix with a plain yoghurt. add sugar to your taste. serve on martini glasses and top with whipped cream and a a leaf of mint for decoration. |

1. Drink - Strawberry Schnapps Direction: * Rinse the strawberries carefully. * Leave them to dry in the shadow - on paper towel. * If your berries are frozen - defrost them in the schnapps. * Use a clean glass jar with tight-fitting lid. * Fill 1/2 - 2/3 of the jar with berries. * Fill up with clear, unflavoured Schnapps - 40% (80 proof). * Steep for a few days in a dark place at room temperature, 18-20°C (64-68°F). * Shake lightly and taste it from time to time. * Strain and filter your infusion into a clean glass bottle or jar with tight-fitting lid. You can serve your strawberry schnapps after it has settled for a couple of days. It has a fresh, fruity taste. |

You could make a really good yam pottage or a okro soup. T hen you could make a fresh fruit salad. Also a smoked herring salad with the sausage thrown in also. You can just take the alcohol over ice I would put a dash of snapps in with the fruit salad and mix it around. |
