Can somebody give me an insight about PHCN billing in Nigeria?

i got a report from friend who moved into a new house in a place called Otokiti billing center, Lokoja,Kogi State, he was given meter and the meter was retrieved before the end of their first month and a flat rate of 200 units was charged at N3,000 per month per flat, a PHCN staff brought bill and inquired why they left their outside light on, the guy said, i pay flat rate and this bulb are energy saving, the following month 250 units (N3900) charged to the neighbour and 300units for him (N4,500) this made them to go and complain, by the following month, 400 units for N6,000 was brought and it has been like that since then. This is Without additional electrical facilities, How can this be explained?

Hahaha that's not funny at all, N6,000 for 400 units, how? In a country where masses are suffering, no good light because everything is completely on corruption. You guys needs to follow it up. Again Nepa, PHCN and the recent one name i dont know, which is better for Nigerians.

It's just better to use the prepaid PHCN meter to avoid all these NEPA/PHCN wahala

they have tried getting prepaid meter but the phcn is not ready to give them.
