PDP caught APC napping twice and outmanoeuvred them- in Adamawa and Ekiti.

I suspect PDP will find it more difficult to achieve their mago mago going forward. Well, Osun will be a litmus test of Mr Tinubu's time-tested ability to outsmart his opponents.

What were they thinking when they asked the CJ to constitute the panel?

The state house of assembly cannot be a law unto itself, it has played its part by asking the cheif judge to set up, it must now allow "democracy" take its course. House has no such powers to direct the cj to disband the panel, cherry picking happens only in a banquet or buffet, this is neither, PDP smell the coffee Almakura is totally different from Nyako, almakura is a performing gov u cant impeach him just like dat. Tell ur thug master to try other things perhaps deploy the cheif of army staff to set up the panel himself or perhaps just direct the military to drag him out of office after all u are the commander in chief. Hopeless, clueless PDP!!!!

hausa people and violent nawao. Somebody said Muslims are not happy: They’re not happy in Gaza, They're not happy in Egypt, They're not happy in Libya, They're not happy in Morocco, They're not happy in Iran They're not happy in Iraq They're not happy in Yemen They're not happy in Afghanistan They're not happy in Pakistan They're not happy in Syria They're not happy in Lebanon So,

where are they happy? They're happy in Australia They're happy in England They're happy in France They're happy in Italy They're happy in Germany They're happy in Sweden They're happy in the USA & Canada They're happy in Norway & India They're happy in almost every country that is not Islamic! And who do they blame?

Not Islam... Not their leadership... Not themselves...THEY BLAME THE COUNTRIES THEY ARE HAPPY IN!! And they want to change the countries they're happy in, to be
like the countries they came from where they were unhappy.

seanet02: Not possible. He cannot disband them. There is no provision in the constitution that empowers a chief judge to disband a panel on an impeachment notice once he has set it up and inaugurated it. Al-Makura has won this.
The authority that gave him the directive to set up d panel can also direct him to disband it...it's simple

they exculpated al-makura by their various abuse of the law and process. With this development, and their inability to serve him the impeachment notice in person, the apc have an edge.
Nyako is goin to court too cos of some abuse of the process in his case.

This should be a typical nasarawa affair. But funny enough, the people that are taking it upon themselves on NL are from a Particular TRIBE that should have no business with nasarawa.

Oh boy, serious trouble dey Osun o. I hear say the various villages in Osun have been turned into military camps with soldier parading all over the place. Osun are being intimidated to stay indoor and boycott the election for fear of losing their lives. But sincerely, Obasanjo made mention of 'do-or-die' but Jonathan is actually directing the film 'do-or-die-2015'
