You can't create a blog, how do you intend to manage it ? Why not do a research on blogging, learn about it, once you have acquired a basic knowledge, then pick your niche. Once you are ready, create your blog.

Don't be like so many of our people that create blogs because they think they can get rich quick from it. Create a blog, maintain and manage it with passion, be rest assured that other benefits will follow.

A blog is like a store, if u dnt continue to buy goods you wount sell any & u cnt make profit and does it ends up in closing dat store... Ok for a blog ur domain name closes & also u av waisted alot of tym on bloging witout earning a gud profit.
You can earn money witout bloging if you learn web designin/ development, graphics designin usin photoshop or fireworks, final advice dnt go in2 bloging if u dont understand what it takes 2 set 1 up..

creating the site is not really the issue but content.more over, within 5 minute you can create a free site for yourself via blogger except maybe you are using mobile phone.you can still get it done using cyber cafe.
