Not tru @ all. Dey pay frm 35k-45k apart from commision. Pls, dnt discourage people because dere are people who might nid dis 2 kickstart der hustle. FCMB is really a nice bank with good track records,but I was astonished with the way their DSA programme is being managed.The target annouced was really eyes bulging only for the interviewer to annouce a salary of 35k although with commission.Did a simple calc and realise I will just probably end up using a better part of the salary on (lagos) tfare if I really want to meet up with the 3.5M monthly target.My own piece though.I have a friend who was employed through the same DSA programme and was not sent out to the field but assigned telemarketing which I think still agrees with 35K.My advice is for you to shun the DSA recruitment if you are averse to marketing but if you believe you are capable ,gave it a try.
