Qualification: BSc, HND in Banking, Marketing, Economics or Social Sciences
Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Equivalent Post Graduate/professional degree an added advantage.

Work Experience

Minimum of 10 - 14 years experience in marketing, business development, customer acquisition and deposit mobilisation gained from retail financial institutions, with at least 4 years successful direct experience in management at a professional level.
Experience in managing Retail business and muitiple branches of a commercial bank
Knowledge of product development particularly retail and microfinance products
Proven tract record of successin delivering results and targets
Experience in managing large number of staff both direct and indirect
Strong understanding of Microfinance and grass-root banking /Finance

Age Must be below 45 years old
