[center]ARE U A TRUE NIGERIAN?

Some say there is hope for Nigeria one day
We know today is the day
For,
Hope is a thing of the future
We have always had AUDACITY OF HOPE
But,
Faith is of the present
We know the day has come
Nigeria will save the world
You can see it

For

He that will be used must be thoroughly prepared
Those who see the light of dawn spend their night pushing out of the crowd
Nelson Mandela had to go to jail,so was Awolowo
He that would see the brightest day would see the darkest night

When Jesus was in the world, the world did not know Him
They even killed Him
When the hope of salvation came
Nobody knew
Even His disciples returned to fishing
But He was there for real and forever
Alas!
He rose never to be murdered no more

The sun has risen
And we are still sleeping

Compadres,
The day has come to shake the world
Stop everything else and take your steering
Whoever does not join now would follow behind
Nigeria of yesteryears has passed
The period of the curse is gone
A new tide is here
We can see it unless we are willing to deny it

Nigerians,
We have always had the audacity of hope
Today, we have the power of faith
What we sought and longed for
Is right here before our eyes
We have focused too much on the trouble
We still close our eyes like in the night

In the day
Humans open their eyes
Open your eyes and see
It is day already

I looked at the world
I saw wickedness, fraud , lies and death
I saw ugliness, weeping, tears and trouble
I saw a dead end ,an horrible close

Then

I opened my eyes to the real world
I look at the world
I see a beautiful world
I see a life filled with bliss, joy, truth and happiness
I see me achieving my goal
I see me on top of the world
I see my fantasies coming true
I see Nigeria becoming what we have only fantasized
I see Nigeria becoming a great nation
I see Nigeria becoming the world power

Now I know

Why we’ve passed through so much
Why we suffered so much
Why we have always been a mock of the world
Why David came from the lowest clan
Why Obama is a Kenyan from the lowlands
Why was a son of a carpenter
Why Mandela and Awolowo went to prison

Fellow Nigerians,

Now I see
The Land is green
Why Only David could dare kill Goliath
Why Jesus is the savior of the whole world
Why Mandela, Awolowo, Soyinka….

Fellas,
Gird your loins, buckle your shoes, tighten your belt
We are about to dazzle the world

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
BELIEVE I NIGERIA
BELIEVE IN GOD

Move at once
Desires do not bring dreams to pass
Action does the peddling
Faith without work is vain
