Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Lagos
Purpose:
To Oversee production overall performance to
optimal target
To coordinate the working resources
effectively to achieve the performance goal
To organize the various areas in the section
to efficient operation.
To ensure focus on performance quality/
quantity/cost and profitability.
Principal Accountabilities:
Ensure planned production achievement.
Ensure performance conforms to both quality
and organization standard.
Enforcement of IS022000 standard is
maintained.
Ensure total cGMP practice monitoring and
compliance
Cost control through staff attendance
monitoring and time management.
Enforce discipline among the shift team.
Able to take full responsibility of the process
performance
Regular shift performance update to all the
stakeholders
Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Candidates should possess BSc/HND
Production / Printing Technology, Chemistry/
Biochemistry or any related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in print production
environment..
Possess Computer competence in Microsoft
application
