Job Title: Cruise Marketing Officer,

The Brief:
The Cruise Marketing Officer is responsible for jointly executing the company’s Cruise marketing strategy & retail sales as designed by the cruise desk, to meet up with the annual target.
Summary of key responsibilities:

• Market the segment’s products via proposals, emails, interactive and direct marketing meetings to potential customers
• Build a new range of clientele and maintain relationship with existing ones
• Manage request and advise potential client on desired cruise and destination
• Help in achieving the sales target of the cruise desk
• Managing the relationship with international partners where required
• Manage the daily deliverables and marketing support based on partnerships and sponsorships

Educational Requirement and Experience:

• Graduate from a recognized institution in Nigeria or abroad
• 3-5 years working experience in a Travel Agency
• 2-3 years experience of cruise operations and marketing
• Good project management skills with excellent oral and writing communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Highly motivated, takes initiative, and able to work independently on multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively operate with high energy, flexibility, and enthusiasm
• Very results driven with exceptional attention to detail
• Need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and manage competing priorities and requests
• Able to present concepts clearly and accurately and to keep others informed and up-to-date; ability to listen and probe effectively
• Expert knowledge of best practices in customer service
