 African failing countries should be sold in auction to those african countries that succeed. Somalia should be sold. |

I may sound very naive, or maybe a bit condescending with this, but some African countries may be better off being sold back to their colonial masters.  |

The international market would generate more profit for sure. Sell Guinee to France, sell Cote d'ivoire to canada, sell the Democratic Republic of Congo to Japan or China.  |
