concritic00: To highendservice@ng.airtel.comfrom what I observed, I think you need to flash back wheather you browsed with your line before payment was made. steps to resolve this are 1. call the post paid customer care, record your conservation and save the customers I'd 2.make sure you are completely sure that it was not your fault in one way or the order before apporting blames 3.After discussing with them and you are not satisfied, call NCC and provide them with the customer's id |

vodacom:. Mind you, I have a rolling data plan on both lines and never finished the data on them since i use pari passu with a wifi connection. After auto renewal on the 1/8/14 one line had 6gb data and the other 1.4gb of data. PAYU is supposed to be activated only when ones current data plan is exhausted. How do I get NCCs contact or maybe I should go get a pro bono lawyer and sue them. Na awoof money be dat o! |
