No it's African *American*.... Africa nor the Carribean produce great*All Around* athletes like African Americans. Caribbeans are good at springs but not much else, Africans are good at Distance and maybe soccer but AA excel in American football, basketball, Track & Field, Volleyball, Tennis, Gymnastics, Golf, Boxing, even swimming etc.. Back to Simone.... She has always been the best she could have won in London but she wasn't old enough to compete. My only issue is American gymnastics is SUPER competitive we have so much depth in the sport , she will be 19 in RIO that is OLD for Gymnastics especially American gymnast. Let's pray she doesn't have a major injury but she is almost a shoe in for RIO GOLD. |
