If you have a headache, which would u take? Paracetamol tablet or Paracetamol capsule. Can u give reasons please.

It depends in how easily the capsule coat disolves. If it is fast, I will go for capsules cos its already in powder form and all it needs is for your system to start absorbing it. unlike tablets that the stomach has to disolve first.
I chew paracetamol tabs if I need fast relief from aches and pain.
