Questions like how can I transport the car to the port and how fast and easy can I get it shipped to Lagos, Cotonou, Lome, Conakry, Dakar and Tema are what you ask yourself. Those questions can be answered through our shipping services.

INLAND TRANSPORT COST

The cost of transporting your vehicle from the dealer's lot to the seaport is not fixed but depends on location and number of miles to the seaport. For a cheap fee, it is advised that you purchase your vehicle in States close to the port.

OCEAN SHIPPING COST

Find below the cost of shipping your cars from the seaport to Lagos, Cotonou etc.

Ocean shipping and Courier fee (DHL) for sending your documents: $1050
Bank charges (offshore and onshore) : $50
Total : $1100

Ocean shipping for Sedans and SUVs that run and drive is $1100



Payments are not made upfront but after the vessel carries your vehicle. However, if an upfront payment is convenient for you, it is acceptable.

How will your vehicle be shipped?

The moment you inform us of the vehicle to be shipped, a dock receipt is generated for delivery of the vehicle to the port, you will be sent a copy of this via e-mail.

The dock receipt contains information about shipper and receiver, the vessel/carrier's details, the expected time of departure and arrival of the vessel, details of the vehicle, port of loading and discharge port.

When the vehicle is delivered to the port, you will get a confirmation of the delivery. We will also send you confirmation, once your vehicle starts her voyage to her new destination

What is a Ro-Ro service in shipping?

Ro-Ro is a term for Roll On-Roll Off cargo which is driven on and off the vessel. Ro-Ro cargo consists of items such as tractors, buses, cars,

vans and trucks, or oversized cargo loaded on special flatbed, mafi or lowboy trailers.

What is the transit time for the ocean shipping?

The transit time is dependent on port of loading. From Baltimore, MD, Bayonne, NJ/NY, Boston, MA, Wilmington, DE, it is about 21 days while from Galveston, TX, Savannah, GA, Jacksonville, FL takes between 14-16 days.

Is it possible to ship my vehicle with a Ro-Ro vessel from California?

The maritime law in California forbids vehicles to be shipped using Ro-Ro. All vehicles must be containerized. It is advisable to purchase to purchase vehicles from States close to the East coast.
