Responsibilities:
Ensure that at all times that the standards set in the Hotel Management Manuals
To monitor daily hygiene and work practices in both service and production
Supervise the Restaurant activities
Train/Supervise the waiters
Handle banquet packages and negotiate banquet proposals
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of OND in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years experience as an F&B Supervisor
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
