Terragon group's projects span the Africa continent and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As a Project Manager at Terragon, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and disciplines, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Work to identify and execute new projects that helps the company achieve its ultimate goal
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to execute on existing projects.
• Manage the execution of internet and mobile projects end-to-end including delivery of project plans, collaboration with partners, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute on the above projects to ensure that they are scalable globally.
• Define market requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analyses of program performance, aggregate feedback, and lead next steps on projects.
• Provide hands on project management during analysis, implementation, and post implementation phases.
• Perform risk management and change management on projects.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
• Travel to various locations around the world to execute projects.
Requirements
 B.Sc in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. Engineering degree preferred.
 PMP or equivalent qualification is a plus.
 A minimum of 4+ years of project management experience at a mobile or leading technology company.
 Passion for mobile and digital.
 2+ Experience in complex project management environments e.g. mobile operators, hardware manufacturers, banks etc
 Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, demonstrated skills in recognizing and leveraging market trends, requirements gathering, resource organization, and schedule development.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Strong organizational and cross functional coordination skills including building relationships with a diverse team.
 Ability to produce results in a fast paced environment.
