We are a leading distribution company for Procter and Gamble with Head Office in Lagos and Branches in Warri and Benin.

We currently have vacancy for the position of IT SUPPORT STAFF [/size][size=8pt]

Location: BENIN or WARRI

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



• User support,

• First level troubleshooting for system hardware faults,

• Handling of subscription payments for internet, telecoms, etc,

• Hardware/software procurements,

• Develop and implement a comprehensive and effective help desk service to provide technical support to systems users,

• Ensure dedication to continuous service improvement, by ensuring that the company makes the best use of new / existing technology developments to improve business performance,

• Contact all branches daily to enquire about the current state about the network and proffer solutions where necessary,

• Be proactive in detecting and proffering solutions to network problems encountered by all units and branches,

• Daily backups of company ERP database and

• Other day to day activities involving the IT department as required.


Qualification: HND/BSc in Computer Sciences/Computer Engineering etc

Experience: 3-5 years experience

You must be young, versatile and Flexible.
