1. Land Surveyor

Responsibilities
• Candidates must be numerate and technically competent, with excellent IT, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advising about technical matters and whether the construction plans are viable.
• Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts and computer applications such as CAD and GIS.
• Managing projects and writing reports.
• Producing and/or advising about construction plans and drawings.
• Undertaking land surveys/measurements using a variety of specialist technical equipment.
• Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts.

Competence/Skills
The candidates should posses:
• Candidates should be able to analyze data and produce results with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess strong work ethics and exhibit strong confidence.
• Must possess excellent disposition to work.
• Candidate must possess Site experience.

Qualification/Experience
• A good BSC or HND in Land Surveying or equivalent.
• Additional qualification will be an advantage.
• Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years cognate experience in similar position from a good organization.

2. Civil Engineer

Responsibilities
• Candidates must be able to Use a range of computer packages for developing detailed designs.
• Undertaking complex and repetitive calculations.
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, subcontractors, etc.
• Compiling job specifications and supervising tendering procedures.
• Resolving design and development problems.
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
• Managing budgets and project resources.
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.

Competence/Skills
The candidates should posses:
• Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects.
• Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have Site experience.

Qualification/Experience
